  • Disability rights litigation concerning unlawful discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, health care, social services and insurance, including litigation under the Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Advocacy concerning denial or termination of government and private insurance benefits, including SSI and SSDI denials and denials by insurance companies on the grounds of medical necessity, preexisting condition or noncovered condition of service.
