What happens when I call for an appointment?
When we are contacted for legal assistance, an initial interview is scheduled as soon as possible to learn about the client's need for legal services. Initial consulations are generally charged at an hourly rate. Fee arrangements are determined after the initial consultation with the client. Fees may be charged on a flat fee, hourly, or contingent basis. Typically, a retainer is requested at the outset until credit is established. As a private practice concentrating in health, human services and disability law, we are dependent on legal fees paid by our clients or awarded by the courts. Where appropriate, fees are adjusted in consideration of the client's financial resources. Extended payment is also available upon consultation with the partners.

We are located in downtown Chicago, at the southwest corner of Monroe and Dearborn. Our address is 55 West Monroe, Chicago, IL 60603. We are located in Suite 3700, or the 37th floor. As a familiar landmark, The Italian Village is literally right next door to the west of our building.
